I was reading something on f1technical and it got me thinking.
Do you think the being allowed to use the deployable rear wing when your 1 sec behind the next car will create the "NASCAR" feature of draft buddies.
say you have 1 guy out front by 5-10 sec, he cant use the rear wing because he has no one in front.
behind him you have two team mates that are using each other to gain lap time through the deployment of the rear wing.
this would create an interesting effect of keeping the field compressed
