Hello everyone, What is the termonoligy used when you believe in aliens? like Philanthropy means "the love of humanity"

It would be very arrogant to think that humanity is the only intelligent life in our universe. As someone that crunches for SETI@Home; I firmly believe in extraterrestrial life!

The sun? 1 million star. You would be stupid to believe that we really are the only life forms in the universe. They are out there and it's proven that we have and will find the planet that has water and oxygen, it has been discovered. I honestly believe that either aliens are there, they have understood earth and are over 100 years ahead of us technoligy wise. So they can walk amongst us...You can't prove otherwise.

Given that the universe is essentially infinite, i think the chances of there being other forms of life existing somewhere else are pretty damn high, to say the least. I don't believe little grey men have ever turned up on a flying saucer though...

I believe in Extraterrestrial Life. Hell 3/4's of the women I meet act like their from a different planet or solar system ! Easy lady's I'm just joking around .

No seriously as previously mentioned I think it would be ignorant of us too think we are the only 'race ie species of intelligent life' in the vastness of space especially considering the small portion of our brain that is said we use,
