& as for Minardi, they were the ultimate F1 failures.

Really?

Well, without Minardi, you wouldn't have Fernando Alonso, Mark Webber or Jarno Trulli...who all got their start at Minardi.

Precisely. Teams that are at the bottom rung of the ladder see surviving in F1 as their main priority. And considering that Minardi held together for 30 years, that's quite something in itself. As for HRT, you're right, I'll be suprised if they last this season.

Yeah, Minardi had a habbit of employing good drivers. HRT on the other hand, not so much

I wouldn't be surprised if they started the season with one car claiming they couldn't afford two.

They COULD run 2 cars, maybe each with only 2 wheels and 2 half wings? :P

New safety car maybe?

Nothing moving that slowly around an F1 Track deserves to be described as the "Safety" anything.

New theory.

Hispania has no second driver. The second seat will be subject to the same game of musical chairs it was last year, but this time they'll be slightly more upfront about it.

I heard Kermit the frog is going to give it ago? He had a spare £2Mill and thought WTH I'll give it ago, Sato lined up also? HRT you lucky things you.

Oh, come on!!! He was a waste of time and money, that guy destroyed more cars in one season then some drivers in years...

I think it'd be good if Takuma Sato comes back to F1.
He was a good, fast, mostly reliable driver with good feedback on the car.
He was one of my favourites. :)

Yeah, I liked him too. Decent driver. Definitely better than some of the wannabes who get drives these days

I'm looking at you, Piquet Jr., Grosjean, Yamamoto, Badoer & Co.

Grosjean deserves a second chance, that Renault he was dropped into was by the end of the season one of the worst cars on the grid.

I think you need to put Belgium 09 behind you.

One would imagine Belgium 2010 was much worse. :hehe:

HRT Moto GP?

Badoer? Wasn't his fault really, and that was an enforced change. Look at how Fisi did, Ferrari probably weren't going to get points whoever they put in that car, so might as well give it to someone they trust for feedback and development.
