A Ferrari without the most competent driver in it is just a piece of sculpture. The right driver can make a Ferrari more of a winning car, it can mask a fault or a limitation of the car's design or engineering. So given a choice of which driver will sit in the car, you've got to care... equally in my opinion.
So when it's sitting pretty in the garage, then I would agree with you, but when someone sits in a car to race, they become a part of that car. We know some drivers are better than others, just like some cars are better than others.
Oh yeah, just to stay on topic, juicy tell all books people, juicy tell all books. I'm busy right now thinking about 2011... my mind has been made up about 2007 for a long time. I don't need to see the corpse when I can easily smell the decomposing flesh.
You can never trust a driver like Alonso... Everyone that worked with Flavio is shady! X)))
oh well. for me it is like in the other post, first country, then team and driver last. In other words as long as Alonso is a Ferrari driver and winning, I do not really care. If he becomes not so good and trouble then I would not care if he left Ferrari as I do not care who drives the Ferrari, as long as the Ferrari win.

"I don't want to be part of a forum where everyone has differing opinions." Boom...
