Knowing what HRT are like, it could be a chimpanzee!

Who really gives a crap about this team? They shouldn't be in Formula 1, GP3 is where they belong. Signing rejects as drivers.

They're a joke & I hope they crash and burn.

Jokes aside I really believe that Takuma Sato could come back aha! You know F1 should be about the talent and a opportunity for a talented driver with a financial backing also, but most of there drivers are the rejects from GP2? The real drivers like Petrov? Yes he has backing but I genrally feel that he could be a success. If you also look @ Rosberg who had to pay for his drive? Williams molded the talent that was already there and got him into a well estalblished team.

HRT are just one of these back markers that shouldn't even race...This season HRT won't even be on the grid with the new qually rule?

Just more cash into Mr.Eccesltones pocket....

At least they have a half decent livery this year.... Rather than just grey....

That's all that can be said about them really... Hopefully they'll sell the team pretty soon. I cant imagine them lasting longer than 2 years.

Money & talent is okay.. Maldonado has money and talent, Petrov too, though he tends to lack the talent sometimes. Perez was very talented in GP2.

In testing Luizzi was in the "black" livery again....Explanation pleas?

I hope so mate, because like I said in a previous post. This is a nice looking car.

I gotta say that HRT is a good team. It gave Bruno Senna and the Second Indian Driver in F1 Karun Chandhok.
Senna's now the reserve Driver for Renault-LotusGP and is in a good position if Petrov fluffs it this year!
Karun Chandhoks case admittantly I don't know fully why (Guessing Yamamoto had more money?)

So I disagree with the ones that think HRT are sh*t.......... :whip:

Ok,I was offered the drive but had to refuse it! they dont make automatics :hehe:

I had to turn it down over reliability issues. I asked them if they'd have a spare car available if, say, I slammed head-on into a tyre barrier after being forced wide coming into a bottleneck onto a straight because some guy really didn't want me to draft him and, in the ensuing crash, I snapped the steering arms thereby rendering the front wheels completely detached and destroying the suspension*. They said no.

*This is actually what I did to Kart number 31 on Wednesday during Qualifying. Thankfully, the replacement - Kart 32 - was quicker anyway

So you think they're a good team because Senna & Chandhok drove for them? HAHAHA!

Senna, because he had sponsors and they hoped his name would attract investors.
Chandhok, because he had sponsors. They dropped him as soon as his sponsors stopped paying (they paid 2million euros out of an 8 million contract)

Who chooses two rookies, whoever they are, as their drivers for their first year anyway?! Then hires Klien & Yama-bloody-moto. Absolute joke of a team should crash and burn.

I think you can tell a lot about the way Hispania go about things with this. OK the Bahrain race is off, but they didn't know that, and we are now only 2 weeks from what was to be the scheduled start of the F1 season, and Hispania still only have one driver confirmed, and are still working out who the other one should be. I personally don't object to smaller new-entry teams joining the grid, but Hispania just looked so hopelessly out of their depth last year, most times not even close to Virgin and Lotus, and they need to put on a more professional face, last year they already used 4 different drivers, and this year we're almost in March and they still haven't a clue who is to be their 2nd driver. There's no rule saying they have to announce their drivers yet, but it's all a bit of a joke. Liuzzi would be my choice as he has races under his belt, but I don't actually think it matters who drives for them, most races they will be back row of the grid and being lapped by many teams before the first pit stop.

That's an incredibly idiotic and tasteless thing to say about any F1 driver/team, you clearly have no love at all for the sport at all if you are wishing for teams to "crash and burn"...I only just joined, but if all your posts are of the same retarded standard, I assume you are the "absolute joke of the forum"

This forum is for fun an IMHO and I agree that there "FINANCES SHOULD CRASH AND BURN" is what he intended to say while also meaning that they are took out of F1 for a more suited team? Like BMW? with decent finances and not just hiring the next idiot who came 20th in the GP2 title but has a billion dollars worth of sponsorship.
