Whoever Renault get too fill in for RK Petrov should now be given the #1 status or leader for the team, this could be his year to really impress :yes: .

I agree, personally to me, I was impressed in ABU DHABI (spelling) when he basically put alonzo in his place lol. He would not let that him by at all haha. And I loved how Alonzo was shaking a fist at him like HOW DARE YOU PEON, WHEN YOU SEE ME YOU MUST PART LIKE I AM MOSES BIATCH,

:rofl::rofl:

Maybe they can get Neslon Piquet Jr back :D

All jokes aside, I'm really, so very upset about Kubica's accident. He is/was just one of those drivers who had the "it" factor. I heard the news of his accident on the radio, and it was just another one of those shock, WTF? moments that come along if you watch and love F1 for any length of time. I've had a few of them, and they are always so horribly sad. I had a little cry to myself, and then stopped being melodramatic and remembered how he came back from that Canadian shunt in 2007.

He must like, have only seven lives left now though, right?

Well if you've got nine lives, why leave this plane of existence with any of them left? :drink: I'll drink to Robert Kubica's return to the grid.

Renaults Opinion is ok i guess "Robert is a racing driver not a robot" but hes also a professional sportsman and doing somthing like rally a month before the new season is not very profesional.

Of course i hope he fully recovers and is back before the end of the season.

Don't forget Mark Webber's "silly" actions, that gave him a fracture not long ago! ;)

To be fair cycling isn't all that dangours he was just very unlucky.

That said he should just work abit harder and buy a car.

Or stick to the F1 car! ;)

All this talk about F1 drivers taking it easy in the off-season is just beside the point and ridiculous. We can't wrap them in cotton wool, or sit them at home in their easy chair with a glass of iced tea, I can just imagine the conversation: Here you go adrenaline driven F1 driver! Your only excitement for the next three months is knitting booties for the babies in Africa. What if Kubica went ski-ing? Took his bike out off-road? Went hand-gliding? Dived into a pool? Jumped on a trampoline? Played ball with his nephew in the backyard and his nephew threw the ball too hard and it hit his head at just the wrong angle? Went rallying? Climbed a cliff?

It's the 21st century sweetie, they use bubble wrap.

OOooooooHHH! bubble wrap! Lots of popping fun!

There should be a new saying: We can't wrap them in kevlar!

Just to keep up with the times an all :)

Pfftss... Silicon Carbide Ceramic Scale armor... or as it's lovingly referred to as... Dragon Skin.
