If I was Bruno, its not up to me....I sucked last year and a team like Renault have no business making me one of their regular race drivers after my crappy sub-par performance in 2010.

If I was Renault, yes I would sing that tune. Over and over. Or maybe its not worth my time, I'll sing it once and then kick him out, close the door and call up Heidfeld.

My dialogue was there to counter your logic, there is no such thing as a good, decent, standard performance driving a friggin HRT, for all we know Senna could be the next.......Senna, im suggesting your being way too hasty in dissing his talent given hes had no reasonable chance to display it, so what if chandhok, yamamoto outperformed him, maybe they're more talented in steering dog sh*t round a track then he is, give Senna a couple of races at least to show something, its not as is he cant be replaced by someone in immediate effect.

but we're not arguing over whether Senna will drive for them or not, your saying Senna is crap and im saying he isnt, and as a result i think he should take the seat and you dont, and Renaults decision isnt an act of God, they can still get it wrong. That includes if they pick Senna to drive btw. What Renault choose to do doesnt settle anything.

I never said he's crap, but he's not worth Renaults seat. A crappy 'performance'? Yes....he didn't impress in ANY WAY. That's my point. He might take 3 or 4 years to show he's got good potential (Massa was average the first few years he joined).

Note that I'm not saying Bruno doesn't deserve a seat in F1. I am specifically saying he does not deserve Kubica's vacant seat.

The problem with Senna getting a seat is that Renault would have two almost-rookie drivers. For a team that wants to go back to the championship fight, that's not good - they need a leader and neither Senna nor Petrov can do that right now. He may turn out to be a great F1 driver - but he's not what Renault needs.
