Interesting lot of quotes from RC. I think it probably shows that SF are pretty motivated.

Helmut's hubris - very good, I like that one.

Anyone that starts reading anything into the times coming out of testing is probably going to end up with egg on their face.

If you think back to Bahrain last year, but for a faulty spark plug, Seb would have won comfortably. Nando picked up the win in clearly the 2nd fastest car.

Here's how Seb finished his last three days of practice from Barcelona (the last of 4 practice session before this race).
5th, 8th and 5th. Yet the RB6 was clearly the fastest car at Bahrain.

Practice lap times mean nothing.

They dont have the best car after 3 days of testing!!

Wednesday's action was watched on by the team's owner Dietrich Mateschitz, but it was his right-hand man Marko who gushed the loudest.
"If a race were held now, we would lap everybody," the Austrian told Bild newspaper. "How our car goes through the corners is amazing."

Thats embarrasing for Ferrari, when your main competitor states :wavey: we will lap you :wavey:

That's great Helmut, but several of the teams are running 2010 cars.

Moron :hammer:

Thats why he might have said "If a race were held now" rather than "We are the fastest of all the 2011 cars"

I fail to see why Ferrari should be embarrased by that statement? The only team who stands a chance of being embarrased is the one who made the remark  . What if they get lapped and if they do I'll be serving dinner:

Thank you. Way to blow a simple quote out of complete proportion! The guy is just braying a bit earlier than usual, it means nothing. Though his early confidence is a cause for concern for other teams.

Without a quote from the person your responding too it is rather difficult to assess who one is talking too, sorry.

No it's not, Helmut Marko is a blithering halfwit. Honestly, sometimes I think Christian Horner is the Only Sane Man in the Red Bull Racing operation. Then he starts acting crazy too and I start to wonder if it's Adrian Newey. Then I remember that he caused that whole Silverstone controversy and I descend into near-madness as I realise that a team of lunatics has bested everyone else.

 Yea HRT,Virgin and Force India are the main threat for 2011

You missed the point :irked:

In 2008, Red Bull were a laughing stock. Now they are the reigning holders of both world championships. Virgin & Force India could easily spring a surprise for all you know. And McLaren are rarely slow these days.

I missed no point, you and Helmut are merely guilty of hubris.

Oh yeah,Virgin and their 40mill$ budget it's about to :yikes: the racing world :hehe:
Btw thats how much $$ Ferrari prolly spend on toilet paper :rofl:

And thats why i support them.

Your average Ferrari and Mclaren are so normal and boring

That's fair enough, nothing wrong with mad people. I've always said my hero Conan O'Brien is clearly a little bit insane...Bless 'is Irish-American heart.

And hey, it's better than the Mad Scientist Doing Evil "For the Greater Good!" persona Ferrari has adopted, or Ron Dennis's infamous Death Star style McLaren complete with Imperial March.
