I wonder if he got paid extra for that . Those Finns are ever the wily sort .Is it possible that MH will assist in the development of TC free F1 cars at McLaren like MS is at Ferrari?I'm sure that's possible , but I would think a move into management is more likely . Not nessecarily replacing RD hough , but something of the sort .
I think Mika might play the role Gil de Ferran occupied at Honda until recently, although Mika would probably be better at it. But I said "might". There's no reason why he shouldn't just retire in Finland with Erja and little Hugo (incidentally, how on-message is it to name your kid after one of your team's sponsors?!)

Here's a little clip from when he retired from F1:Great video clip , Mika's one of the class acts , if there ever was one , so glad he got that championship's he deserved . He said he wanted to win Indy also , wish we could have seen him do that . He's one of those guys who knew when it was time to give it up . I saw him on a show with American driver Tommy Kendall , can't remember the name of it , but he was having lots of fun on the track again . But that fire will always be there , I'm sure . Something you can't get out of your system completly , especially when your as passionate about it as he was . I think that passion showed at Monza , I really felt for him that day , and he's to much of a class act for someone to make fun of him over it . I guess some of us appreciate what those guys go through to get to the top , and some don't . Hat's off to Mika .
