I'm digging the new Williams, in particular the livery, really old school and I love the old school number on it. Glad to see the ol' AT&T logo still plastered on it.

I hope this is a much better season for williams! I too think the interim livery looks awesome as they always do, I wonder what the official livery will look like (Hopefully not too dissimilar!)

The Red Bull teams appear to have turned up with their 2010 cars. Mayhaps they misread the calendar? :hehe:

I kid, I kid. New Red Bull looks very refined, ominous sign that. New Toro Rosso, same as the old Toro Rosso, is doubtless equally as weak and unexciting as ever.

New Merc looks aggressive and radical. I approve. Although they have got to do something about the livery. The Williams...They keep promising some kind of revolution then turning up with a fairly conservative car. And they've done it again. The rear end looks quite interestingly packaged though, so maybe they have something up their sleeves. Their livery, on the other hand, is an abomination. They almost look as amateurish as Sauber.

ALMOST.

I for one hope the final livery is completely different. The Retro numbers are cool. The rest? Blech.

Ross Brawn said there's nothing totally unique or weird on Red Bull car, which is good I guess. I really hope he's right also :D

The question is - does there need to be after the dominance of last year? I have a feeling that they'll be right at the sharp end again this year, and if Vettel can improve on his consistency in race conditions early in the season, he could be frighteningly good and tough to catch in the standings...

Your forgetting that a lot of their speed came from some of their more unique tricks, such as the Blown Diffuser. For sure they're still going to be ruthlessly quick, but it's more manageable for the other teams if there's not some magic trick doing it.

I don't buy that in the slightest. I'm not forgetting any of that. Newey will have known why they had the advantage and also that the other teams will have been able to reduce that particular advantage so will have been working on something else to maintain the gap. I'd be very surprised if the Red Bulls don't start the season significantly quicker than everyone else again - though I'd be equally surprised if by around race 3 or 4 at least one other team has significantly closed the gap more so than last season due to being able to copy many of the successful design philosophies last year's Bull was based on...
