I hope doing it incorrectly will inflict this car with infinite bad luck and unreliability in the 2011 season. Please do continue Mr SOMEbody! :D

Well i speak English so its F One Fifty for me :D

That's ok, but if SOMEbody insist on spelling it Italian style, then that SOMEbody should do so correctly :whip:

Hmmm, do I detect a double standard here queenie? It's ok to say the number 150 in English as ( 1 50) one fifty, but SOMEone can't do exactly the same in Italian? Don't the Italian quoting SOMEones deserve the same rights as the English speaking "1 50" sayers? :judge:

WOW, I think I can speak on SOMEbody's behalf when I say they are very flattered by your concession that a few words from SOMEbody could carry the power to effect, let alone destroy an F1 teams complete season. I wonder how SOMEbody might use that sort of influence?

First of all, in the US, we say one fitty... two fitty, you know, that's the way the REAL ganstas say it, the US, the country that invented the gansta ;) nudge nudge wink wink.

Now lets get back to discussing technical stuff about the F150 instead of semantics.

So what are we to do if Rinnow wants we should start calling their car the "Air tront eh uhn?" Or, god forbid, if Force India should expect us to pronounce VJM02 in Canarese?

We should all be thankful that Engrish unofficially is the official language of Formula One. Moneypenny, send a memo to LDM to that effect, right away!

 it's the F one hundred and fifty.

Luckily, its not the F555... Although we have 405 yrs for getting used to saying Effe cinquecento cinquanta e cinque (...or something alike).

(hehe got the math wrong had to edit) :hehe:

I'm sticking with the F Uno Cinquanta, however, in deference to all the commotion this has caused the linguists and movie buff at this forum I will place my decision under examination review, so I will place the ER on the end for the time being giving me the:-
F Uno Cinquanta ER...... for the time being.
The complete name I'm now contemplating is the Ferrari "F Uno Cinquanta Kers ER"

That is so pretentious. And it's not just that you insist on saying it in Italian. Nobody goes around saying "MP Four hyphen Twenty-Six". It's written name is "F150". So if you're writing about it, call it the bleeding F150. Out loud feel free to do as you please.
