Volume lads, it's volume.

Mine goes to 11.

Why not just make 10 louder? :hehe:

... but this one goes to 11

Now I want to go watch "This is Spinal Tap" :P

So many classic quotes! I love that flic. One of my unsugn favorites is; "Yeah, listen, we'd love to stand around and chat, but we've gotta...sit down in the lobby and wait for the limo"

Here's a link to the movie script

And that brings us full circle to where we started, oh, the irony!

Get a UK proxy, works a treat... I pay for a proxy so I can watch the iPlayer to my hearts content and it's still cheaper than BBC America and I get the programmes as their shown, maybe I should write a little tutorial on how to do it for all the Brits in America wanting to watch proper BBC programming!

Am i the only one that is absolutely fed up how much the world seems to hate us, i feel like giving them a reason to by saying its pure jealousy, which is truely what i believe, but for christs sake, its finally taken the biscuit when i look on planet f1 on a topic about schumacher not being in the top 50 drivers of the year on autosport poll, and as Lewis H is second and Alonso fourth, HALF if not more are comments solely criticzing how biased and stupid the British are. Sorry to rant i just dont really have anywhere else to vent the frustration, its hard being a world player, now i know how the americans feel

In my case and in my country there is not Anti-Britishness in general. In sports there are other Britons, even in direct fight with Spaniards, that are highly appreciated, as for example, Andy Murray in tennis and Alistair Brownlee in triathlon. The Lewis Hamilton case is unique. Believe you it or not, I’m not a Hamilton hater, in fact I don’t hate consciously anybody because I don’t like haters, but I perceive LH so worshiped, protected and excused and he says and makes such things, here and there, that I cannot do any other thing sometimes but laugh.
I believe that it was Anti-Britishness in Spain in times of Franco and it was spread by the controlled Media (all of them) because of the Gibraltar issue.
Nowadays, is the same thing but with the Americans and Israel. The socialist party and the Media under their control (almost all of them) are continuously spreading that sentiment because they think that it is good for them at the elections. You know, hate is always stronger than love and Spain is full of anti-whatever. The Anti-American situation is so irrational that when Madrid suffered his horrible terrorist attack, many people blamed the Americans for that, instead of blaming the terrorists.
Another big problem in those matters is that most people tend to confuse a Country’s Government with the whole people who live there and that’s, in my opinion, a double mistake.

I guess to try and sum up this topic concerning this forum and since the article was from another site, I do not see any of it here and frankly never have and doubt we will. I would like to think/hope that we are all better than that and those other sites :) .

I can’t imagine what you find funny in my post. You could find it boring, even tedious, or just melodramatic but by no means is it funny.

Interesting you said that Jack, about the Madrid attacks... I didn't know there was such sentiment. I hope the feelings are starting to change since this guy is now out of office.

On a side note, I was able as a kid to have my family leave Cuba, and go to Spain, lived in Madrid for a year before coming to the US. So I've lived under communism, fascism and capitalism. :D

Spain caved into terrorists demands after those attacks. They gave the terrorists the power they wanted from their actions.
