For it to be a challenge it would need two things, one; to be the *clear* underdog albeit with potential and two; loads of money to pay for the talent required... I don't think Newey does pro bono work.
Personally I would put Lewis in the same category as Sebastian, very fast on the track but also prone to mistakes, Lewis could have been 2010 WDC if he showed more maturity behind the wheel, waiting for a better opportunity to overtake instead of piling in and ending up out of the race.
Now, back on topic; enough of the LH lovefest; yes I can see Vettel driving for Ferrari in maybe three or four years time, I doubt that Newey will head towards Maranello; I think he wants to stay with Red Bull for the rest of his career; let's face it he doesn't need the money, I think he prefers the challenge, hence why he joined Red Bull!
At this rate, in 3 or 4 years time Ferrari could well be a challenge that Newey would want to take on
