Aside from his pitstop error in Brazil, Nakajima had a solid race and could well have scored more point if he'd qualified higher up the grid, his race pace was excellent and he managed to set a faster fastest lap time than Rosberg. Nico has been given the number 1 driver status next year so I think the plan will be for Nakajima to learn his trade off Rosberg. :)

Aside from his pitstop error in Brazil,

I bet the mechanics jumped for joy when they heard the news

^^i really doubt he could jump in crouches.

i loved to see when Nakajima meets the guy he knocked over, you can just see the mechanic hoping away as fast as he can

I'm pretty sure Patrick Head will be "making sure" Nakajima doesn't run anymore mechanics over. ;)

Were people saying the same about Hamilton when he signed with a race seat?

you are correct - everyone said that the crappy Spaniard PDR should driver for McLaren in 2007 and have Hamilton testing because he was not ready!!!

Funny thing hindsight!
Right , an English team should have an English driver . Anything else would be silly .

I don't think the mechanics will hold it against him, it goes both ways. Sometimes the mechanics screw up as well. What impressed me was that the injured mechanics immediately jumped up and hopped back into position to complete the pitstop.

I think Nakajima is a good choice for Williams, and he'll do a better job than Wurz.

A stalker . Why would you think that . But , perhaps I did come on too strong . Maybe we should get to know each other first .
Seems we have so much in common . Since we live so close , perhaps we should get together sometime ? Do you like gladiator movies ?
