I just watched inglorious bar stewards.

Very good movie...you gotta love Christoph Walltz acting....what a 'cheeky' nazi!!

Tarantino does great scenes but awful movies.

Finally caught 'Tropic Thunder' and I have not laughed or enjoyed a movie so much in along time. It took me the first 1.5hr's before I figured out that was Tom Cruise and then I was rolling even more ! Sadly chasing down the dog made me miss the part I was most looking forward too:

Downey was awesome and Jack Black also had me in tears .

Obviously RDJ is the best on the movie....but you gotta love 'Alpa Chino' role too...specially when he gets mad at the fake <EDITED FOR CONTENT> grimaces lol

So here's some tips if you're interested.

1) Skyline- Watching it last night....what a bad movie, an absolute waste of 100 minutes of my life.
2) The Town- Very disappointing...the marketing made it out to be so much better.
3) Takers- Worth the watch although it's quite predictable.

But I recently downloaded the extended vervion of Avatar.....the extra scenes are fantastic.

Just sat thru another 2.5hr airing only to findout I did not miss one of my favorite parts, they CUT IT!!!!

I just got around to watching Avatar since it's on HBO, so I recorded it and had it sitting there for a week and this weekend finally watched it.

It was a visually stunning movie, but it was predictable as hell and it generally felt as if it was written by a high school sophmore. If they only took 1/20 of the CGI budget and put that into the screenplay.
