Lewis and Jenson got along fine!

I'm not counting Jenson, my criteria is higher, I'm talking the best who will be remembered after they've been retired. It's not hard to see he's just not in the same league. Very good driver though, more talented than I am, just about, but still.

I'm a more talented driver than you as well.

Two things men will never say they're bad at... driving, and making love.

That was said by some bloke on top gear.

Anyway, I've been arguing its too hard to quantify, so how are you and me going to settle this?

Like men of course.

For some reason ther is a double standard when it comes to Lewis! SO JB doesnt count because you rate him low! Fine then Lewis SHOULD be #1 and Jens not race him and turn into a Massa???? Common, what applies to FA doesnt to LH???
FA gets fine with teammates till they beat him or try to! Not like you put it "he aint the easiest to get along with"

It's easier to see with Hekki (who became number two, towards the end of 08 and I'm in perfect agreement with), and Massa this season. The gap between Massa and Alonso is a fair way bigger than the Lewis Jenson gap, I might have actually suggested Mclaren favour Lewis in that Lewis and Jenson thread, can't really remember.

I dont agree with that! Only if teamates want to help e/o on their own merit. It was 2 early for t/o and Massa to move over! But SF new they had 2 keep FA happy!

Meh, your opinion. But why does that mean Alonso can't be happy at beating Massa? He was clearly beating Massa before Germany, and also isn't being considered number 1 by your team a compliment?

But he is saying that he did all these acomplishments, beating Massa, beating Fangio, having the 3d best car( :hehe: ) etc. When he knows he was the biggest screw up this season by not being WDC! F1 fans know whats up, Fangio won 50% of his races,FA needs to get his facts straight!

He keeps reminding us of what he did, when we know what he DIDN'T do!

:bs:
The biggest screw up you say? Strange, this years f1 drivers and team principles say different. Voting him, "the least biggest screw up" if you like. He's going to be positive, how many f1 drivers focus on the negatives, whats the point?
What has Fangio got to do with this?

Before the bragging of the Massa beatdown,he was bragging of passing Fangio in wins. And that is total :bs:
He should sterilize his mouth when putting himself in the same sentence as Fangio!

You haven't provided evidence that he lied, 50% wins is not the same as having more wins than Alonso.
As for the second line, you might be getting overemotional there.

FA has 159 starts 26 wins (2 questionable) Fangio 51 starts 24 wins so you (really understand) we're not impressed by the chest pumping!
What Sir Frank thinks
''I'm not really a big fan of Fernando Alonso. He often looks a bit sullen, rarely acknowledges anybody and seems very uncommunicative. He's brilliant at racing cars but seems to have no animation about him. Perhaps it's his own way of going about his business on a race weekend. ''

guess so

Yes it is simply for the fact that you Wiki'ed your facts to make yourself seem even more knowledgeable than you are when infact you most likely only beeen follow F1 for 3-5yr's, atleast that is the way you present yourself  . You newbies who think they know everything kill me every year, please stop!

PS,
Quit hiding your 'online' status :director: !!!!!!!!!!

You're funny!Actually I started watching the year Senna died! Skipped some of the Schumi parade years! And F1 is not the only sport I watch! Football,NFL,NBA are along with lots of others! And those are the facts :hehe::hehe:
Funny how easily you judged me,but have difficulty with FA!

26>24. That's what Alonso said.
Sir Frank's comments are fairly complimentary, no? He does look sullen though :hehe:
But note Frank's deliberate softening of critical language, "looks a bit sullen", no is sullen. Perhaps it's his own way of going about his business on a race weekend, sounds like he's just explaining it away there, or basically saying there isn't a lot wrong with that.

Beating Massa that much and then saying he takes pride from it seems more like a shot from the hip aimed towards Kimi for his talk of Santandar at the end of last season being the reason for his contract being cut a year short to allow Alonso in.

Or did you all forget about that interview in your rush to Alonso bash for Germany this year.
