Ok, i just read an article on Autosport about it and i will admit, it was quite scary though he didnt really mention if there were any shots fired, however he did insist the car was bullet proof so im guessing that there were.

But i still think having thousands of dollars of equipment stolen from a hold up (where the mechanics could quite possibly have harmed) is worse than what happened to button. I mean thats what a bodyguard and stuff is for, so that you get away.

He mentioned that other F1 people had police escorts, i guess he must have been in a hurry or just didnt want the attention.
