Watch his steering wheel....right after he hits the wall the steering goes 180 degrees (broken suspension) and Mark puts his hands back on the wheel and doesn't move it much at all - passenger. I had little doubts before but 100% this vid tells the whole story. End o' story.

1. Blind to the video evidence from in car (or you haven't bothered to watch it)
2. Completely one-eyed in support for another driver.
3. Just plain stupid!

As I posted in the second reply to this thread. The insinuation to this topic is cancerous, devisive and darn-right offensive!

Why anyone would accuse one of the most experienced, likeable, genuine and not to mention championship-leading drivers of this simply escapes me. And for Gerhard Berger (oh...who last time I noticed was a one-eyed Austrian with boner in is pants for Sebastian Vettel) to weigh into this with the inflamatory comments he has gone public with just beggars belief.

There are other forum member here who are displaying a complete lack of understanding to this incident, or who have never actually been to an F1 race to witness the speed (even in the wet) that these vehicles travel at. To accuse someone of a split-second decision to cause mayhem and disaster on another competitor whilst dealing with a broken steering and suspension and the spectre of the entire oncoming field in atrocious conditions just fills me with anger and disdain.

I expected better from some. This has deteriorated from the friendly banter that ensued from the Hamilton-Webber incident in Singapore.

I understand where you're coming from - still not a reason to become personally insulting, especially since a well-respected ex-driver and F1 expert has voiced similar thoughts in public. So, simply state your displeasure at the idea and corroborate with facts and you're all good

No, the conspiracy theory claims that since he was on his way out already, he decided to take some competitors with him. Not that he wanted to take out others and in the process crashed out, which your post implies.
