There seems to be an assumption in some of these posts that the last two races will be a Red Bull lockout, and it's up to them to decide which order their drivers finish in.

I don't believe that this is the case. FA has won three of the last four races. This should be some sort of indication that Red Bull does not have an unassailable advantage.

But to be honest the last two races though Redbull have had an advantage. Korea they threw away and Fernando was there ready to pounce on mistakes.
