Well? Lewis outqualified and outraced Jenson through and through, but he still loses on the head to head in both!! The irony. :hehe:

Mclaren might have made another bad strategy call, why didn't they pit Jenson earlier? Meh, I suppose they were hoping he'd pull out a big enough window over ALonso, and then he stayed out too long and Hamilton covered his stop.

Think his tyre gamble turned out to be wrong, he might have had a shot at out qualifying Alonso if he was on softs. Underestimated how long the softs would be able to run without dropping of on the more rubbered in track.

"Two weeks ago it was Lewis, then it was Fernando," he [MW] said. "It's chopping and changing, but the most important thing is that the gap is going the right way. I need to keep it like that. We've got three races to go and it's a good result for me. Five of us are capable of winning races - well, four in the dry, Jenson's had a few races in the wet conditions but in the dry conditions it's been four of us who can win."

A bit harsh :D

He might come to regret those words, Jenson wins the next three races and Mark has a couple of crashes/low points scores and loses the championship by one point!*

Mark Webber!! :thumbup::thumbup:

It's not a fact, it's an opinion. But if your opinion is that it's a fact then that's OK with me!

Haha, i find it funny how just because Mark Webber says it, it means its absolutely true and had he not said it Jenson would still have shot in korea and abu dahbi.

Ummm today didn't show that Jenson is not up to that level, but it showed something about his heart. He got behind a toro rosso early in the race and didn't try to overtake him once, pretty much gave up right after the pitstop went wrong. That's not what Alonso did in Monaco and that's not what Lewis did in Brazil 07 or Monza 2008

I think Jenson needs a dog tag on his car, a number plate "Mr Hold Station".

I was quite frustrated with him today. If Lewis can hold that car in position at the sharp end, what was Jenson doing?? As usual, he tries the roll of the dice again, but I guess he's rolled the dice once too often.

As for the people talking about Jenson being an "intelligent" racer, I would politely ask to reword it to "gambler" of Formula 1.

Listening to Button dribble on about why he can't race is pathetic and embarrassing. Everyone was in the same position on that track today but Jenson is spouting his usual "it's weird i don't know what happened" bull crap. The BBC are just as pathetic for making excuses for him when the reality is he is just not good enough to keep up with the other 4 drivers in front of him.

I am glad though because the Button fans can't use any excuses for button. He has had the same car and everything available to him that Lewis has,fact is he is being beaten by a faster better driver and should be thankful he is actually in a team like Mclaren.

Jake and the boys are gutted , lol this wasn't meant to happen especially now their golden boy Webber the crash bandit who seems to get away with it is not in the lead.

I am so glad that Webber crashed out, it's pay back for the crap he has pulled on Lewis this season. I really hope that it comes down to Webber having to past Lewis in the last race to win the WDC. :rofl:

Actually I was neutral when Webber crashed out...but looking at it from that point of view, yeah! He crashed Lewis out both in Melbourne and Singapore with no penalty handed down to him! Yeah, okay I'm happy Webber crashed out!

Grasping for straws, grasping for straws...in a race won by my most disliked sportsman in the world.. :D:D
