Yes i think it is 200kgs. BTW i dont see much flex. Looks to me like vibrations from impacting the kerb. You would need to see the car going flat out on a straight or through a fast corner to see maximum flex.

I think that Red Bull and Ferrari have been sandbagging in the FP sessions; disappointing for McLaren; Jenson has been slow again; I think he needs to just admit that he is too slow right now; I have heard the excuse of "not enough temperature in the tyres" too many times, Lewis manages to get on fine, stop making excuses, Jenson!

That was interesting, but at the same time arguably one of the most irrelevant grids of the year because there's so many variables for tomorrow. I fancy Alonso to get into the lead by the end of lap 1, but really anything can happen and it probably will tomorrow...

Bit gutted that Webber is basically screwed by being on the wrong side of the grid!

Good job by Rosberg too.

I hope the Red Bulls get away clean. I wonder what tire wear is going to be like. If it's as unpredictable as canada pretty much any of the top guys could take the win. Kubica or Rosberg dark horses for podium maybe?

Seemed to me that Fernando pulled out of another lap. I think he was happy enough to take the good side and have one more lap in his options. If there isn't carnage at the start (hope not) then he will be well placed for the first pit.

Only Alonso knows and I seriously doubt he was thinking about 'starting on the good side' more than starting from pole. The Vegas odd's put carnage above clean for the first corner  .

im so annoyed with red bull its beyond a joke, givimg everyine hope of a mixed front second row and the cocky sods have been sandbagging. we give him stick with his predictions but EJ is often rigjt and it looked like lewis could be on pole but hes now fourth, however notorious red bull starts and great alonso and hamilton starts coupled with the three start straights and red bull drivers crashing means a tasty grand prix is in prospect, not to mention rain

Red Bull don't sandbag btw. The reason they often go faster is because they have a special engine setting, that does something or other special with the exhaust fumes, creating even more downforce. The reason they only use it during final quali is because of overheating issues.

I think we can assume webber won't get a good start tomorrow, allowing Alonso to get up behind Vettel. So Vettel vs Alonso down the longest straight in F1 and into turn 3. Will certainly be interesting. Considering they're both level on points too. Could be a championship defining first lap, since whoever wins here, should have the momentum to win at Interlagos.

I don' think Alonso will do anything but try and make sure he gets a clean start and avoids carnage. They are pinning their belief on their tyres being in much better shape than the other contenders. Whatever happens they are hopefully well placed for after the first round of pitstops.

Alonso to get a run on Vettel on the start and Vettel to give him the chop.... Allowing Webber to cruise through to the win and the championship ( well i can always hope :) )

It would just be so great for all the contenders to get a clean start and let us watch them fight it out for the whole race. No bad luck for anyone!
