Does "don't like him" in 3rd option mean you don't support for him, or does it mean you dislike him? I admire Lewis' skill, but I'm indifferent to whether he does well or not, so I'm in doubt between 3rd and 4th options.

btw, 0 votes for mild dislike / hate him? Where did the Lewis haters go?! :hehe:

And totally off-topic: There was this forum where I used to write all my posts in lime green, because the board had a black background and I thought it looked cool. Now I'm glad I didn't do it in this one :D

3# means that you admire his skill, but you don't actively support or like him. Indifferent is that you just don't care either way. So from your description, I think you're #3?

Phew! That was tough decision!! :D:P

Well, its not shaping up to be a Lewis hate forum, where's AKR? Assuming her head didn't explode then she saw this.

There should have been an "I hate him but I wish he was driving for Ferrari" option. :D

^that's why AKR didn't vote yet :hehe:

Exactly!

Interesting - well so far 50% of respondents support LH in some way - either as their first driver or not. What a surprise... :P

There are way too many reasons to point out why some aswell as I may sound negative about Hamilton aka via his "flock" but I would like to think that we all realize the superb talent he is and support him in some way :) .

You would like to wouldn't you?

I think there is more than enough counterbalance on the forum to the Lewis love. If there was an I love him and I think he's the greatest talent in F1 since Senna the box would likely also remain unchecked just like the I hate him box is because you know... people tend not to like affirming their extremism either way.

There isnt any. Lewis-hate is just a creation of the help-group when they are left out of argument.

? Something like this:

A: "Lewis is the best, he makes no mistakes, has no flaws and already is as great as Senna and will be even greater"
B: "No, not really. He isn't"
A: "Ah gotcha! you're a Lewis hater".

Ha ha
Sounds VERY similar to the 50% of british/irish vs. "other nationality" in the other poll. I wonder... :scratchchin: could there be a connection??
Hmmm As any self-respecting researchist would say: we need further investigation, and more data. hehe

My vote would be: I recognise he has some skills, but i still think he needs some major growth and development left. He is a nice guy and got dealt a man's job right off the bat. Considering his age, he did very well despite some understandable little issues. I think his fans are much more annoying than he is.

Would he ever drive for Ferrari...
Why not? but i can bet Ferrari would not hire him anytime soon. Like i said, he still needs some growing up to do. Ferrari dont hire kids ;)

Felipe Massa was 25 when he won his first race for Ferrari. You're being too kind.
