Geez.....you're more one-eyed than a pirate!
Objectivity is definitely required....something you are seriously lacking in. Given your avatar it's not surprising.
Should Webber have got a drive through for clipping Hamilton?
Webber was on the dirty side.
He was behind Hamilton's rear wheels.
He had the wrong trajectory.
He braked too late.
He had too much speed going into the turn. (he actually locked brakes!)
He caught up to Hamilton buy mid turn.
He did not even try to steer into the turn.
He crashed into Hamilton's rear wheel on the turn exit knowing full well that he wasn't going to make the turn in a million years even if Hamilton's car wasn't there.
He knew he was beaten again both physically, mentally (outsmarted by Hamilton for the millionth time) and psychologically and he didn't want to accept that so he just decided to punt Hamilton off and hope for the best.
I honestly think Webber is not a very intelligent racer. Oh, he is a very intelligent man, but he has shown over the years that he is a little daft when it comes to close encounters on the race track IMO.
He should have gotten a drive though.
