Enough with the racist remarks; does it really matter what nationality the mechanic is? A person's nationality has no bearing on the race; I'll thank everyone to steer clear of such comments, it's not needed nor wanted on this forum, play nice, remember we are taking bookings for fishing trips!!!

That doesn't sound much of a threat. . .

Should Webber have got a drive through for clipping Hamilton?

I think it's best you read the 29 pages of this thread mate. Various answers to your rather late question contained within them.

hehe
or even better... perhaps he should ask the stewards.

The stewards deemed it a racing incident; six of one, half dozen of the other. Lewis turned into the apex prematurely in my opinion leaving Mark nowhere to go apart from off the track; technically Lewis could have been punished for pushing a competitor off the road; it all depends on how the stewards see the infraction on the day!

I was okay with it until I saw Red Bull guys jumping up and down and clapping hands because Hamilton was out of the race. I can fully understand when your teammate overtakes someone and you're happy but clapping hands because of one's unluck is unsportsmanship.

Interesting how you interpreted that, I thought they were happy because their car had survived the impact.

IIRC it was some Ferrari mechanic clapping to which i shouted at the tv (in hindsight i shouldnt have): enjoy it while it lasts you italian edit.

Amazing that you can tell the nationality of Ferrari mechanics by looking at them on TV - you should put your clairvoyance skills to a better use.
Also, it has already been pointed out the McLaren pit reaction in 2008 - I wonder if they were "planted mole" Italians dressed up as McLaren crew?
Either way, and speaking as someone with Italian heritage, you're welcome at my gym anytime, where I'll happily explain to you where I think you can put your racist views, ditto to the moddy that edited the swear-bypass but shares the racist sentiment.

I was the mod that edited and i share no racist sentiments. I was eager to remove the swear word(it wasnt a nice one), in retrospect I should have removed the national reference as well but the swear word stuck out so thats what I dealt with. I could understand the poster's frustration at having his team/driver cheered for a misfortune, thats all I meant. Sorry if you misinterpretted this.

RC, accepted and put behind (speaking for myself). Thanks for having the courage to make it simple, clear and straight.

Although it was really easy enough to grasp without it needing to be explained to you 500 times.

I don't know if anybody has already mentioned this, I think it's worth noting Christian Klien outqualified Senna by over a second and his race pace was about a 10th faster, All this with little experience of the car, Well done Christian.

Yes it has been noticed; 1.1 seconds is a country mile in F1 terms, what does that say about Bruno Senna? another famous name without the raw ability to compete in F1!!!

I doubt it'll do him any good unless he can find a huge bag of money from somewhere, At that end of the grid a name or huge buckets of cash outweigh talent, I remember years ago Coulthard said Christian was really good but had been chucked, inexperienced as he was in the deep end and given too much pressure.

Klien's performance surely won't do Senna any good.
But what about Yamamoto?
He is usually slower than Senna!
He would have been 1.5s off Klien in qualifying!

I think it's really a shame that a driver like Klien doesn't have a seat.
