I remember last year on a couple of occasions Ross Brawn got on the radio himself to send a message.. "Jenson this is Ross"

I can't recall a single time this year he's gotten on the radio directly.

Yes it seems Ross has been very quite this season but then again and if I'm not mistaken the teams choose what radio transmissions are aired?

Not anymore since this season - FIA has full control.

I doubt Ross would have much to tell MS, so no need to talk to him. And it would be kinda strange if he started talking to NR, but not to MS - sorta patronizing at least to the outside.

I guess it would be different if a championship was on the line.

See I just learned something else from my mentor .
