This is what I'm getting at, he's not giving any ground at all and to me it looks like he's going for the blind spot and not caring if the other guy who can't see where he is turns into him. You think if Vettel knew where Webber was he would've done what he did in Turkey, so why did Vettel not know where Webber was?
It appears Webber doesn't want to do his "fair share" of moving and giving ground in wheel to wheel racing,....
