Heard this news yesterday, and it seems that the consortium that purchased the old Midland F1 team, could be using the Ferrari V8 customer engine in 2007. Now given the three year engine freeze, and Spyker's experience in the sports car industry, this could be worrying news for the likes of Redbull, Williams etc.

Have Ferrari "customer" engines ever beaten Ferrari themselves?
I can think of a couple of times when customer Renault engines have beaten the main Renault team, but I can't think of any for Ferrari? Is this such a wise move by Spyker, if it fact it is true?

i would prefer a ferrari engine than a toyota one hands down so i think its a good
choice. i also heard that the venezuelan Viso from GP2 is going to be the third driver for spyker, he'll be an intresting prospect for the future

They changed the gun metal grey to silver and the red to orange. it actually looks alot like the Champ car

no more Mclaren mistakes by fans and commentators

Not that it matters but it looks alot like the livery of the champcar 07 racers launch model

They do look like that now, I saw them testing at SS yesterday.
