Button's looking good 'round here so far

Not really.. his ultimate lap time is still behind his team mate.. :wavey: but it's close.. so

Um. He was ahead in both sessions. There's no "Not really" about it.

um... ultimate lap time.. I meant the sum of the fastest sectors of Hamilton are faster than the sum of all the fastest from Button.

I have heard of drivers like Alonso and Hamilton doing the practice sector by sector. So if that is true it might not be unusual that the driver does not give his all for each and every complete lap.

So Not really... 8-) But we will see what happens in Q3.. I predict Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso, Webber, Massa, Button

It's only clearly dangerous when you try to get through it too fast. :D

No corner is inherently too dangerous. What's too dangerous is the drivers who've opted to risk their lives cornering beyond what the tarmac and their car will support.

Its the alterations to the corner that have made it dangerous. They've installed high kerbs at the chicane to stop drivers straight lining. The corner is approaached at 170mph, if a driver makes a mistake or has a brake problem he's launched...and that accident could be nasty.

wasn't there the exact same problem with a concrete curb last year ? being built up to high, i know they want drivers to race correctly but creating a dangerous situation doesn't help, just be stricter about cutting corners and chicanes

I know what an Ultimate Lap is, they are meaningless.
