Force India? They are losing all their important team guys, i think that is the problem. Sutil has a fair bit of experience now too. James Key went to Sauber and some other designers went to Lotus. I fear they might fall back a bit now and next season...

Bugger, diddn't know about the Sauber one. I guess their small finical approach must've meant that once they got some pedigree all their guys jumped to "bigger ships".

From a business standpoint, it sounds like Force India isn't paying their employees what other teams are offering. The way to stop that is with incentives like future bonuses based on certain attained team goals.

They can only blame themselves with that.
