They were poor in Canada. Which is the most slightly closer to Monza.
For Monza it has to be Mclaren/Ferrari. Ferrari desperately need a win, so maybe that extra hunger will help a bit (or cause more unwanted errors).
Another track in which the quirky nose and Fduct will have little impact, so regardless of the new tests it should be everyone all out for the win. The only thing to fear is the merc engine.
I think it's safe to say Red Bull will be strong, they haven't had poor pace at any circuit yet. But I'm hoping McLaren have an advantage and that Ferrari manage to separate them from Red Bull.
