whoooo that was lucky.

Would have been a terrible weekend even worse had Massa had to serve a penalty. :yikes:

I hope it's not a case of "the FIA giveth, the FIA taketh away" You know there's a trial next Wednesday.

saying ferrari's tyre temp issue's are the reason for alsono getting personal with a wall isn't correct he slid off a wet curb didn't correct in time and span .

oh and the fact massa had a great race, solid drive and no incidents, its alonso's fault nothing else really, he needs to get his head back in the game or all the media controversy and damage to f1's image ferrari have done is for nothing .

Read cap-dude's post.

He says PLUS it was a very cold weekend. In all those words, there was NEVER a hint into stating "Ferrari's tire issues are the reason for alonso getting personal with a wall".

Please.......... not ANOTHER post misinterpreter!!

yeh your right sorry, no need to get so crabby.

I can't believe none of the teams noticed Massa's position, even Legard managed to spot it!

just because Brundle told him :P

To be honest, I didn't notice until Brundle mentioned it either, and I completely forgot about it after the race until someone brought it up in this thread :hiding:

Well, the camera angle didn't make it really easy to notice it.
I did remember it but I didn't say anything to anybody!

I suspect they were more interested in, like, their own cars.

Grid-gate :hehe: Ferrari being very upset that massa was ahead of Alonso had to seek a way of getting him past. They needed him in front so that when it rained he wouldnt have to stack behind Massa to get his tyres. Hmmm :scratchchin: much scratching of heads and then  Got it! If he misses his grid slot he'll get a drive through and job done. Alonso thinks its a great idea but says "If anything comes of it I know nus'ing". Smedley is pissed off but has been threatened with the sack. Massa has had his head stroked and promised a better deal next time :groucho:. All is going well and Ferrari are delighted with Massa's clever execution of the plan..but then, no penalty. Perplection around the Ferrari garage. Fernando's radio messages become increasingly hysterical until they have to switch his radio off. he looses it and puts the car in the wall. So what went wrong? How could such a well thought out plan fail? Missed grid penalties always get investigated and penalised :banghead: Well Charlie Whiting was one step ahead! He knew Ferrari were being unfair to Massa and when he saw how slowly and carefuly Massa parked his Ferrari in the wrong place he smelt a rat! So how to deal with this latest little attempt to manipulate races. He would play them at their own game and do absolutely nothing at all..............

Interesting to hear Felipe's side of the story.

It may sound like a consirpracy theory, but there's a lot of logic behind it. We've seen worse happen in the sport lets be honest, Piquet, Alonso, Singapore, 2008.

Wow! what an insightful article. They finally have got it all figured out.

Somethings they haven't figured just yet, but I do, because I actually have a spy satelite into the team's conference room: this was actually Massa repaying Alonso fr the time he did the jump start. That move was actually to help Massa, and now Massa finally paid back with the same, and yes, the FIA did notice, but the wanted to have some card to deal with come the hearing.

My findings go even deeper: Red Bull is terribly annoyed by Mclaren because of the whole front wing affair; as a result they have put a bounty on the MP4s. You can definitely expect Vettel to get some unusual favors in next weekend's race as his prize for taking out one of the MP4s.

Wait, there's more: when Webber rammed Lewis from behind, it was actually what his management Briatore had told him to do. Briatore is not really out of F1, he's been secretely financing Red Bull and the Webber crash was all Briatore's doing. Why do you think Webber got his contract renewed?

In Monza it will be Webber's turn to take an MP4 out.

Also, i've found out Alonso doesnt really drink water before the races. He drinks a pint of blood. Its all there, i've heard it and seen it on my spy satelite.

I'd believe that! Those eyebrows have to come from some unnatural daily source!
