I think Practice 1 is as good as over....heavy rain coming down again with less than 1/2 hour left.

Rainy races make me a nervous wreck, I'll be on tenterhooks all weekend if it rains. I'm so glad the breaks nearly over though and to come back for Spa is doubly exciting. Can't wait to watch practice tomorrow :D

Is being on tenterhooks like being on pins and needles or on the edge the seat?

In a bit of an archaic manner of speaking:)

Here's yours

I'm an old fashioned gal :D

Is Karun coming back at all this season? It feels like he's become a permanent member of the commentry team, he's good at it but I'd rather see him on track.

I love etimology, in Spanish the name for a clothes line is tendedera. Make sense.

Liuzzi is looking every day more and more out of his seat. Crashes a lot, and doesnt really deliver the performances. Sutil is miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiles ahead.

It's crazy for Force India not to give Chandhok a shot.

Don't get me wrong, I like Chandok and feel he's a great guy, humble and down to earth. Excellent commentator too.

But I back Vijay Mallya in not giving him a race seat at Force India. What has Karun shown so far? Can he really be a next superstar? Force India aren't mucking around on the grid, they have money and they are progressing. You need the management, development and the drivers to do the job.

Sutil could be the next great talent. He's a slow learner but he's coming real good. I don't see Luizzi in the team beyond this season, however. But Force India are a serious team, and Karun hasn't deserved a shot there IMO. He deserves to be in F1 more than the new 'rich dude' in HRT though.

He hasn't done anything to *disprove* that he doesn't belong there either. I'm not saying a race seat, but to test him during the winter break and see how he does and Liuzzi's performance to date has been uninspiring to say the least given the quality of his ride.

Alonso looking mighty in all weather and fuel/tyre conditions. But just can't write off the McLarens down the straights and Red Bull in the middle sector... and then you've got the weather factor.

Sure as hell am looking forward to tomorrow's action, it's too close to truly call in some ways for once. :D Keep an eye out for Sutil and both Renaults if it's a bit wet. I think Renault nailed their f-duct first time round.

think it could be a ferrari pole, even after fp3. they seem very good and strong in all sectors whereas the red bulls have to make up lost time in sector 2 same with mclaren in sector 3 making up for sector 2 ( does that make sense ? ).

its looking good tho, should be close unless redbull have been sandbagging .

I'm expecting Red Bull to do what they've done all season - Sit back a bit in pracitce and then pretty much destroy everyone in Quali. Although I'd much rather see Hamilton on pole, even a Ferrari would be a nice change and they seem to be running well this weekend.

What on Earth happened to Vettel in P3? Stopping down the entrance to the pit lane seemed a tad dangerous to me.
