We are moving to the UK in 1 week's time, I've been working hard on my girlfriend in terms of F1 and thank goodness she is just starting to take a real interest in the sport. She loves her alcohol as well so if I can combine the two I think she'll really enjoy the races

I was there a few years ago and read in F1 Racing certain venue's do events for race day, big screen, sound, booze etc etc. I even read that some cinema's were showing F1 recently in the UK, which does make me rather horny.

So, anyone know of any sports cafe's, bars, venue's to watch the races at?

Cost is not an issue, the posher the better.

Wow. I've been living in London and never heard any word of F1 being screened in a cinema! The best place I found was a mate's place... the country was full of football! Will be interested to hear whether your search bears any fruit...

It was in the Australian version of F1 Racing, UK cinema's were showing the F1 races because Britain was going crackers over Hamilton.

I used to live in Bristol and there was an F1 cafe there, I know there are a few in London I just can't remember their names...

As much as I love football, it does my head in that the press seem to think it's the only sport played. I can't remember the last time I saw hockey/lacrosse/polo mentioned in any of the papers. I can't even remember the last time I saw BTCC mentioned.

Maybe I just buy the wrong papers.

I go to the cinema to watch the F1, the atmosphere is great, especially the last race.

Plus you can smuggle some booze in if needed!
