I'm pretty sure she said F1 is unfriendly and she's happy with where she is right now. But I don't follow her so I'm not sure about how happy she is. My point is that I highly doubt this is going to happen.

Why stop with a Danica Patrick promo? I'm sure Americans would also like, an American team, an American tire supplier, an American engine, a bunch of American sponsors, and while we're at it, make sure an American gets on the podium. Oh and make sure the American car is painted with the stars and stripes, otherwise we won't be able to easily spot it.

There are worse drivers right now who have seats. This comes up every once in a while. The proof is in the putting. I don't know if she has ever tested but maybe she will prove utterly unable to control an F1 car. Most of us couldn't get one around silverstone without stalling it every corner.

You're all missing the point. Danica is five foot two. Bernie is five two and a half. She'd be the first pit tootsie in the history of F1 who Bernard is taller than. What an historic opportunity! (Oh, Slavica, I'm sending you to the Indies for the season.)

More over... she could be good enough. Specially if she lands in a decent-ish car. Because in the bad cars, nobody will do well. Besides, if she's not able, i dont think a team will place her just to get publicity. But why not give the chance?

She's not. She's just an overrated pair of boobs holding up a racing helmet. She isn't even that terribly hot in IndyCar in general, but more importantly she seems to be horrible on their road races. It doesn't matter how well she does on Indy's ovals if she generally does poorly on the road courses because that's what's going to matter if she was to drive in F1..., unless Bernie plans on F1's older circuits being phased out in favor of some new ovals.
