Sutil has a good chance, may not get on the podium but at least get a good result. That mercedes engine will help them a great deal and Force India have had a good record at Spa.

I don't think there is a dark horse here, not in terms of who could win. McLaren will dominate in S1 and S3 while Red Bull will easily dominate in S2 (the most important sector really, given that Red Bull now have their own duct working nicely).

That said, i think Williams could spring a surprise and get amongst the top 3 teams... they should have new Cossie engines in for that race.

I think that would make Sir Frank stand up and cheer.

By 'get amongst the top 3' i didn't mean on raw pace, just to expand...! They could be near though, certainly best of the rest. I meant in the race - Barrichello is driving REALLY well and so is Hulkenburg, and if the race or weather caused a bit of chaos they could easily capitalise.

I got the point. I just think you got the definition of a "dark horse" correct. There is no way right now they'll be top 3 as far as raw pace but in race trim and with solid consistent top ten finishes, it's bound to turn for them, rain, luck, a SC that benefits them, and and a track where they can hold off the attacks from the rear and they could get their podium for the season. I think like other teams, Williams is struggling for money being an independent today is tough. At least they're not in the same financial situation that Sauber is in, but you can't make a team a contender now days without the bank roll.

So you think Williams for the dark horse?
I think Force India... Sutil to be precise.

But like you said, not really to be on the podium or to beat the big guys. But at least to be best of the rest.

Dont see S1 and 3 as clear cut Mclaren dominating... Maybe because of the Merc engine, but it could depend on how much downforce they end up running so as not to lose everything in S2.

S2 is Red Bull's... unless they run some huge compromise to get some advantage in the other 2 sectors.

To me S1 and S3 are for Mclaren and Ferrari to deal it out.
