I agree with you completely, and I'm a Lewis fan. Actually I'm a fan of both, with Lewis slightly edging Jenson due to his take-no-prisoners driving style. But Lewis' wild driving does not make less of Jenson's skills.
I said it before: Lewis = Ayrton, Jenson = Alain.
McLaren has maybe the best driver pairing in the grid right now!
Or maybe the new diffuser will play into Jenson's court, he thrives on a quick stable car... Everyone is convinced that Jenson will wither and disappear in Lewis' rear view mirror, Jenson is great at reading conditions, rain or other happenings, safety cars etc, some may say that his two wins were lucky; I say that he had the balls to take the gamble and it paid off; when Michael Schumacher was doing that, staying out on slicks when everyone else was pitting for inters, he was considered a driving genius, when Jenson does it; "oh, he was lucky" - give the man credit, he read the conditions well and benefited from it, also 4th place from 14th, hardly a poor performance. Don't count Jenson out just yet, I believe he can still come back at Lewis and challenge for the title.
As one of the few Jenson Button fans on here, there's no retracting into my shell (if I have one)... bring it on...
