Has anyone else been watching this on the History channel? Really interesting stuff, something all Americans and even non Americans should watch i would think!

Repetitive and glosses over many aspects of American history but it was good telling the story of how the nation came to be from the first settlers through to modern day.

I would hope that most American would already have known 3/4 of the stuff covered and not need cheezy CGI to be induced into learning or needing to be entertained.... But sadly that's not the case.

My Mom lives in Texas...its amazing at one time Texas was its own country and it was so powerful America wanted to break it up into 8 states
