I think it's a good move.
And hi everybody I'm back!
(I've had almost no interest in Formula One while the World Cup's been on).
For starters the FIA has made ridiculous rules about testing so the new teams were never likely to get up to scratch. On top of that, they forked out all this money just to make it to the grid. But as the FIA do not support new teams and rather leave them there to struggle around at the back of the pack, HRT were always destined to be where they are.
I think it's a good idea to rotate drivers, as it's quite clear they are not racing for any points, just race finishes. These guys are like Force India when they started. Hopefully they will have a breakthrough season, like Force India's season last year, albeit not this year. I do hope HRT survive. It is not their fault that they are in this position.
Chandhok has been clearly a better driver than Senna this year (albeit not in GP2). But it is good that the team will even drop Chandhok as well, for the sake of rotating their drivers. So they are not showing favouritsm.
