That was the most surprising podium ever haha. But to be fair, Piquet drove a pretty good race that day........


To be honest, I dont really like this track. To me its dull and way too short. But hopefully the race will be interesting.
If Ferrari and Mercedes dont come up with a reasonable result, then there is real flaws with their cars. This has got to be the most straight forward track... Also, Massa better shape up. With him out of the challenge, there's one extra position for ferrari's opponents and if Ferrari claim they are still in the WDC running, Massa better be up there taking pts from the others...

Red bull have advantages through high speed corners. Slow speed is anyones game. The new abbey at Silverstone was the clincher for Red Bull. But other teams will be bringing stuff here.

Rain has been forecast to affect this weekend's running of the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim.
Severe weather, including heavy downpours, have been predicted to be delivered by a cold front on Thursday and Friday. Rain is also possible on Saturday, with only a low chance of scattered showers forecast for race-day Sunday.
The forecast is not good news for teams hoping for a dry three hours of practice on Friday, particularly given Bridgestone's extreme allocation of the hardest and softest compounds for the race weekend.
Bridgestone's Hirohide Hamashima confirmed that weather at the German venue will be crucial.
"If it is hot then the super-soft will be a challenge to manage for stability and durability. If it is cold then ensuring the hard is in its temperature operating window will be a tough task," said Hamashima.

If the rain doesn't appear to spice things up then these tyres will surely cause some odd strategies!

Yes this could pose a problem, hadnt thought of that. Lewis top, and cap will have to be worn, so cant lie low And cant root for Alonso so will have to settle for spit.
