There was Formula 1 before the year 2000.

A while back someone posted a link to a jpeg image that had all (mostly all) formula one cars from 1950 to 2004 if was very detailed and huge in size, about 20 megs. I downloaded it but I can't find the link now.

I agree actually, cigarette branding has been banned now pretty much but back in the day these were the main sponsors of the sport:

West
Lucky Strike
Marlboro

I hate smoking but these logos all look very iconic and fantastic on the cars

How could you miss the JPS Lotus off the list

Guys I was naming but a few examples that everyone could know. I don't smoke anyway and was not aware camel was a cigarette brand.

Hey, it didn't turn into a McLaren vs. Ferrari or Lewis vs. Jenson or Fernando vs. everyone else (especially if he's named Lewis) thread, so we're doing well.

Anyway, this discussion is kind of like discussing who's the best looking woman or looking sofa. Everyone has their own opinion and some people's opinion are going to be out in left field. That's a baseball saying for you non Yanks meaning really far out there.

So unless you're one that apprenticed under Pininfarina in the 50's or Giugiaro in the 70's then our opinion on the best looking f1 car of 2010 is just that.

I knew it would be a farce. I just wanted to hear people's opinions. Whether I would agree is a different matter but nonetheless I will respect their opinion to some extent.
