Kobayashi is a real prospect for the future, given the right circumstances a podium isn't out of the question. He has done fantastically given how he started the season, the Sauber was poor at the start of the season, between Kobayashi and De La Rosa and the designers/engineers, they have come up with a consistent top 10 car it seems!

Also, Williams seem to have made strong leaps forward. Perhaps its a argument for teams (perhaps with "lesser" engineers) to go for an experienced driver whoes good at development, maybe even a new team might want to consider someone such as Badoer (he is good at deveolpment isn't he?).

Senna 1st new team car into Q2 on Merit. He is instantly snapped up to instantly replace Petrov for the rest of the year.

That's a bold prediction :P I could see one of the Lotus' scraping into Q2, don't see it being a HRT.

I think that has been the problem in recent years for Williams; Rosberg and Nakajima are far from good developers of a car; neither seem to be able to give useful feedback!

I'd say that Kovalainen and Glock both made it in to Q2 on merit. After all, they kept their cars on track when other drivers in better cars did not. Considering the Lotus and Virgin cars lacked grip in the dry, managing not to spin off in such horrible conditions is a feat worth mention.

Can you remember 2009?

Webber dominated and won, even with a drive through penalty.

Webber will be up the front again in 2010

that was at the Nürburgring this year its at Hockenheimring but I agree, I think Redbull will dominate and the driver to come out on top will be Webber with Vettel suffering home town stage fright!

McLaren have always been strong in Germany, thanks to Mercedes' influence. Hope to see Lewis 'green' everywhere in qualifying and setting 'purple' times throughout the race!

Only because I want HRT to feel even more stupid for dumping Senna for the last race.

To be fair Kovy is the one that will be the 1st through to Q2 he seems to be out qualifying Trulli IIRC which surprises me.

Red Bull won't be as dominant here,...

That's the same thing the talking heads were saying in the run-up to Silverstone.

Anybody thought about how much the other teams have profited from Mr. Webber giving them an unobstructed view of the bottom of his car?

Yeah but do you know how much Red Bull profited from getting a direct overhead view into Heikki Kovalainen's cockpit?
