Just thought I would post an interesting image of how much load an F1 car takes when it corners at full speed. Vitaly Petrov taking the new Abbey corner in qualifying on Saturday.

That's a great image. Have never seen that effect on the loaded rear tyre before, even after 12 years of F1 magazine subscription. Thanks for sharing.

On the Pic of Hamiltons you can see a wee chip on the wing, where Vettel would of just clipped am i rite in thinking that?

I haven't gone through my race day pictures yet but I will look out for any damage on Hamilton's wing and post it here and on flickr if I find any. I was looking at Vale from the outside so at least I was on the correct side of the car to spot it if there was damage.
