Honestly, the race in valencia was brought to life thanks solely to Mark Webber. Otherwise, I would've switched over to the opening of the English High school VS Germany match, it would've been more interesting to hear the national anthems than see shiny cars go fast on this poor excuse of a race track.

I am flabbergasted at the post race comments by Mr2times. What's his deal? It seems his sole mission in F1 is to beat Lewis alone (which he has not come close to this season), and asking over the radio "Has Lewis done his drive through??". I don't get it, a party of cars separated Mr2times and Lewis, but he only had Lewis on his mind. Nicole Scherzinger better watch out this guy doesn't steal Lewis away from her.

And then his comments after the race. I don't mean to insult this guy, but is he obsessed with Lewis? Lewis got past the safety car (which was technically still IN PITLANE) and sped off while Mr2times and his teammate were just caught out big time thanks to bad timing. Or maybe because Lewis cleverly stiched him up again, just like how he did in Canada. As usual, the stewards gave Lewis a nice drive through (around 10 second penalty, while everyone else who committed the same bloody crime gets a 5 second delay post race) which Lewis took after downing a bottle of beer (that's where the bottle on track came from by the way) and came back in 2nd to Mr2times' dismay. I say, Mr2times isn't going to become Mr3times anytime soon with this kind of attitude and driving.

Valencia = 6/10 Thank you Webber. Glad to see you walk out of that.

accept in Bahrain, Australia, & Spain. as far as coming close. starting 24th in Monaco to finish 6th right behind hamilton who started and finished 5th qualifies in my book.

but hey, whos counting right?

Very good point. But who's Alonso compared to Saint Hamilton?

Don't know...in Bahrain wasn't the Ferrari known as the better car compared to McLaren? As far as I remember McLaren were more than a second of the pace in qualifying compared to Ferrari and Redbull.

Australia would be Lewis being beaten by his own team making him take 200 pitstops. Alonso must've sung out "Saved by the team" when he saw Lewis peal off into the pits right after having caught him after the 150th pitstop.

Spain, I have to give it to Alonso's willpower finally working on Lewis' tyre making it deflate and crashing Lewis into the barriers. For someone to drive that fast and actually mentally sabotage a competitors car truly classifies as genius. No wonder he's 'Mr2times'.

In Monaco qualifying I bet he had Lewis in his mind. Which is why he started 24th in the first place. Focus Alonso, focus!! :nono:

Btw, I'm definitely counting. 9 races in, and Lewis is 30 points ahead of Mr2times, not too shabby.

I take it your not a fan of Fernando Alonso then? :P

But that could easily change, one win for Alonso and one DNF for Hamilton and suddenly that's five points... it would be more impressive with the old points system if he had a 30 point lead!

If i have a 1 hour sit down and think about it within the deep recesses of my mind....no, I wouldn't classify myself as a fan of his. :D

Of course, 30 points can change in a second. But there's no harm enjoying it while it's there, and hoping for the gap to double in the next couple of races, is there?

Hmmmm to be fair, If Lewis didn't come 2nd? I think Britain would have been suicidal. But I see were Mr.Alonso is coming from, Unfair and he lost out massively, But I think Lewis drove hard and deserved it really, he played the game well. Jenson did too really, but I think Vettel deserved it. Next race is too far away, getting my Rocket top!!!

But all the time Ferrari have got away with some serious things? You would of thought they would know when to keep the ol' Trap shut lol

Its become an obsession for Alonso

just a slight obsession.....

lol!! I think at this stage it gets petty? And drivers/teams will do anything to get a point?
#204798
Both drivers have had their bad luck, like Alonso in Malaysia and Lewis in Spain, right now I expect them both to go head-to-head with one another, because the gaps in qualifying and race pace are very small.

Let the best one win and let's also hope none of them will have bad luck or situations like Valencia. Everything fair and square
