Slower cars clearly held Alonso up, it shouldn't be looked at?

No it shouldn't be looked at just cos its Alonso, is that what you want to hear?

It appears the blue flag rule diddn't work sufficiently,

be glad there is blue flags, once upon a time there wasnt!

traffic is something that affects everyone, all teams all drivers, has screwed many over the years, Just because your fan boy got held up last race does not mean its time to start calling for change now! deal with it.

it was the Macca boys gaining from the situation... I can see why there's no mafia/conspiracy theories buzzing around

knew it wouldnt take long for this s*** to come out

[vaptin]

I diddn't call for change, I said the issue of slower cars should be looked into in the longer term, yes this incident is what prompted me to discuss it.

[f1ea]

So because Alonso got held up it's time to do something?

knew it wouldnt take long for this s***t to come up.

I suppose technically it was reading this thread that got me actually discussing it, I noted the problem but just scowled at the tv

Wouldnt' Mind Customer but teams Like Lotus are very good for the sport.

Thing is with Montys comments his cars were back makers for bits of last year..

[scotty]

I voted 'something else'.

i.e. Monty should STFU and get on with things.

The backmarker thing in Canada was just bad luck, no doubt it'll balance out somewhere along the line!

[What's Burning?]

Monty should STFU and get on with things.

I laugh at this because the reality is that if Ferrari were leading the WCC they wouldn't be making these comments.

They're being made because we're nearly mid way through the year and Ferrari is concerned that they'll have to focus on defending their 3rd place instead of trying to compete for the WCC.

I was the referee...

[vaptin]

I was an interested bystander,

[texasmr2]

ahh good old Monty, he is a moron at times! just like when Ferrari have a shocker at Monaco he proclaims it shouldn't be on the calendar

the man should think then speak, not vice versa!

[f1ea]

So... the FIA already approved a reasonable 107% rule.

Now after Webber's crash... are they waiting for a fatal crash to use common sense??
But yeah, its a Ferrari or Alonso issue
