How are the purses distributed in Formula 1? How much does a driver get when he wins a Formula 1 race? Do all the drivers win something?

Driver's get paid a salary by the team, some drivers get bonuses for points scored etc (from their team). The teams get money from the governing body at the conclusion of each season based upon how many points a team has scored over the course of a season.

I think it all depends on there position at the end of the championship year

Only Sutil and Nico Rosberg get purses.

If you searched hard enough on google i bet you could find some, but they would not necessarily be accurate and probably also years out of date now.

I would guess though, that it's the team who get paid any money for success, and the drivers just get paid performance bonuses from the team.
