Montreal qual.

Could someone please fill me in on what happened to Schumacher? I didn't see the practices or the qualifying but I did see the results. He seemed to have a very fast car in practice, but now I see he didn't even make it to the final 10 in qualifying, for the first time this year. So, what happened? Was there something to it, like engine trouble or whatnot, or just that he couldn't put up a time (this seems unlikely to me).

Now that I think about it, Rosberg didn't do anything either, so maybe the car is just not that good right now, but that makes no sense to me, as it has been steadily improving every race, and I thought Montreal would be the perfect circuit for the Mercedes cars (the engine is obviously great evident by Hamilton's pole), and of course Schumacher rules Montreal through history.

Got kinda unlucky, Button and Luzi pulled out fast laps to get ahead of him, and the two Williams drivers were pushing as well.

Mercedes are having straight line speed problems and have been seemingly doing so all season, and obviously that has a large effect around this track.

He made a mistake at the last chicane and that might have been a much better lap than any of his others.
