Bin thinkin about this genius-and reading a few bits in the papers. heres a few facts.
*He's paid £7mil(thats pounds not dollars) -almost as much as the two drivers salaries put together

*he takes a day off a week to sit back at his drawing board and sketch...with a pencil!!..his thoughts. He sketches the car from concept to individual parts. These sketches are given to Red bull's designers who translate them into electronic programs to test on computers and in wind tunnels. The sketches are unerringly correct.

*His most imprtant tool..his pencil

*If you e-mail him his reply will be handwritten

* he has two first class degrees-aeronautics, astronautics

* When red Bull got a one two at Silverstone he turned up at Horners home and did a doughnut on his lawn in a ferrari

* He has committed his future to red bull :yikes:

Until Ferrari come along and offer him £20m per year... will he really stick with his £7m salary? There's no loyalty in F1; money talks. Shame it doesn't want to talk to me... :(

He has money. I think he's after building a dynasty with Horner.

At the same time I recall that he wanted to leave McLaren for Jaguar in the early 2000s. I think he likes to go where there is a challenge more than the money to be honest.

Yup. I may have to contact him somehow and see if he's up for reigniting the fire at Williams, that's a pretty good challenge!

Yes, that would do me as well, but I think he'll only go back there if he is offered something like shares in the team by Sir Frank and Patrick Head.

It would be, but I don't think he'd go back to a team. Maybe he'd consider moving on to Lotus, though...

He's a talented guy and has a deep understanding of what skin makes a car move fastest around a racetrack but one genius does not a championship team make.
