A Redbull win. Which one? I cannot split them. People say a wet race will even up the field but a renault engine can deliver a very good useable spread of power to a wet race track. I just don't think we have seen this in the wet races so far for various reasons. I do like the close racing wet tracks have provided so far.

The engine is a factor, but IMHO setup is a more important factor in wet races. Particularly if you get a dry qualifying followed by a wet race where the teams have to try to guess the best compromises between a wet and dry setup.

It's going to be Vettel, and it's also going to be a damn boring race

Seems like there was a problem with Vettel's chassis in both Barcelona and Monaco.
So despite Webber being very good at both races... there might have been an element to take away from Vettel's form. He always complained about the balance...

That's the story by Red Bull at least.

Convenient... you mean for the championship? Vettel would be far far away had he taken those 50 pts.

True, i want a Ferrari V McLaren fight. Ferrari to win obviously.

Lewis doesn't have a good history of tyres here so I think he may have to do two stops so being a loyal McLaren fan I'm going to say Button for the win :D

Its gonna be in my location so i am REALLY looking forward for it.However i wont be able to watch it in Istanbul Park that day :banghead: I am gonna stay at home and watch it there.Anyway,i expect an enjoyable race this year,i am mostly wondering about the 8th bend, what will happen there. And about the weather:Forecast says it will be rainy till Wednesday(Wednesday will be 26 C and it might rise after Wednesday).I will tell if there will be any chance of rain.It makes races better!

Ah yes. No one really knows if the story is real, but at least it made the championship more exciting.....

You should support F1 in your country. Specially the Turkish gp as it is one of the most poorly attended... yeah, hopefully it rains. Otherwise there's no stopping the Red Bulls.

I wish i could go there. But my dad wont be able to come with me and they said that i cant go there alone.I know that,Turkey REALLY HAVE TO get more watchers but people are complaining about prizes or say that it doesnt worth it but i dont think so.However prizes are lower this year.I have read in a magazine that they would have to remove some GPs to add USA,Canada and maybe Russia.I deadly want to go to Turkish GP,meet pilots and support my country.

Eflinty how old are you? Ive been to your Turkish GP and it was a wonderful experience, as was visiting Istanbul(my favourite city in the world!!) If its any consolation to your parents, security measures were very highly in evidence-armed guards on all entrances and bags searched. It would be a travesty if this GP were lost. Its one of Tilke's better ones and way better than others on the calendar (cough cough Spain!!)

Never been to Turkey (yet), but i've always loved the architecture and style of it. Its definitely on my "to-go" list. The track also, i find its one of the nicer Tilke tracks. Hope you can figure a way to make it to the race :)
