Surely he's gonna be knackered by the end of the race going through those quick turns one handed each lap...

maybe he was only doing it on quali laps

It's Alonso, he will do it right throughout the race.

The McLaren setup is alot more practical! Hope Alonso can still manage to handle his car mid corner one handed 3/4 way through a race!

He has to go no handed when he's adjusting the break bias with his right hand and operating the F duct with his other.
In the Sunday times it said ferrari had abandoned their F-duct. This clearly wasnt the case yesterday so either they're reporting old inncorect information, or they've abandoned it since quali.

Are Ferrari allowed to abandon it from quali to the race?

I don't think so. I doubt they'd want to either given that dropping the entire structure would require a lot of setup changes.

What a stupid comment from EJ during the qualifying, when they were discussing the safety aspect of what Alonso was doing Eddie compared Alonso taking both hands off the wheel to cover the duct and adjust brake bias while driving at speed againt other cars with a driver crossing the finish line and taking his hands off the wheel to celebrate a win.

Wouldn't it be funny if a driver was going to celebrate a win but spun it. How embarassing, anyone remember Justin Wilson did that in the first F3000 race of the 1999 season in Brazil?
