I was rooting for Ronnie, as always, but I couldn't begrudge Higgins that victory.

I diddn't know who to root for by the end, but I was blown away with those breaks ronnie pulled in the heat of his comeback, vintage ronnie indeed.

Final will resume at 9 as well. I go in late tomorrow so I'm going to watch it all the way through.

8! It starts at 8 on the red button. The BBC2 coverage is an hour late for some reason.

Dammit, diddn't see that in time. Yeah, turned it on a nine and was extremely to see I was only watching extended highlights. I mean Victorian farm was on before it! And they had already cancelled top gear, so the step is taken to not show top gear but some how victorian farm is still on. Just cos the people who watch it are the stuffy types who go and complain to the beeb if it wasn't on. And write to the daily mail.


Still, good finial, was really tight. Just me who thought there was some higgins bias from the pundits and commentators? Although prehaps with ding's poker face its kinda hard to tell and discuss him.

Higgins had some excellent luck, but for all the mental fortitude I kept on hearing, it was him that dropped the ball (or rarther diddn;t) and Ding was pulling off some sublime shots at the closing frames along with out safetying Higgins throughout

I think your eyes are fine, it looked touching to me and everyone else I think. Ronnie didn't seem to think so though.

what a tournament! I hope Cope will win, but I think Allen will. Even Hendry isnt top14 (to get in masters u have to be top14 not top 16) he will easily get wild card I think..
